Privacy
This covers the Shipmate website and its request-access form. Shipmate itself runs in your own infrastructure, so what your agent sees stays with you.
- What we collect
- What you type into the form: your email, and if you add them, your name, company, team size, chat platforms and the job you’d hand Shipmate first. We also keep the time you sent it. To allow only five requests per network per hour, we keep a salted one-way hash of your network address for an hour, then delete it.
- What we don’t
- The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. If you change the theme, your browser remembers that choice locally, and it never leaves your device.
- Where it’s kept
- The site and its database run on Cloudflare.
- Why
- To contact you about early access. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone.
- How long
- Until early access ends, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
- Seeing or deleting it
- Email tosin4rill@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we’ll send you what we hold or delete it.
